This option for renting just the smaller room may be available for limited dates when booked more last minute spontaneously, less than a few weeks out and adjacent another day already booked with a private event. We also now offer a 4 course/family style more substantial food/bev package option for this smaller room. We will update page more soon.

CURRENT PRICING FOR PARTIES BOOKED FOR FUTURE DATES, USING OUR VIDEO VIRTUAL TOURS & @shoogieboogies Instigram videos/posts. SECURE DATE WITH 50% DEPOSIT VIA PHONE APPT. & RECEIVING EMAIL CONFIRMATION

$1295 & up plus tax (includes gratuity) – COTTAGE & MIRROR AREA luncheon - INCLUDES UP TO 8 guests, but may add optional 9th or max 10th guest max at a prorated rate in a straight row in the cottage & use adjacent mirror area for presents, toast & cheese & crackers..

Our cottage room package is one flat rate for 9 guests or under and includes the luncheon package outlined above.  If the headcount falls below 9,, the difference is considered a rental fee, not a store credit.  Most all showers do need this are for presents.

Prosecco, The Italian’s version of Champagne:  Served in a Fancy fluted glass with strawberry….$43.95/bottle –  serves 6 glasses

Non-Alcohol Bubbly , Imported from England:  Served in a Fancy fluted glass with strawberry…$19.95/bottle - serves 6 glasses.

Bottles of Wine: $43.95/bottle - serves 4 glasses

Coffee with Dessert:  $7.95/guest – typically about 30% or less of guests want

May Add Items such as soup, lunch or dinner protein, etc...  Ask us.

May Upgrade to dinner package or something in between during the daytime. Ask us.
