We take all the stress out of planning your dining event, by offering an absolutely picture perfect venue for a small intimate gathering, FULLY TURNKEY!   All PRIVATE PROPERTY events include (rent) our flowers/beautiful ambiance, candles, music and our trademark special touches that give events that old world/elegant European charm.   We are perfect for those flying in or driving in, who count on us to take care of every detail.   You can save money on hiring an event planner, d.j. or florist, with the added benefit of a private property complete with indoor and outdoor options.

Typically Nov - April, We offer both indoor and garden dining/receptions.   Garden dinners have an indoor back up and feasibility is based on perfect advance weather forecast permitting setup.  Indoor options are explained below. 

Typically May - Oct., we are normally indoors during these warmer/rainy months.  However, you will see that one of our rooms, the gallery room, is virtually an indoor live garden with twinkly lights and candles.   

Indoor Dining Room Options:

The larger "gallery" room is a Virtual Indoor Garden with Live Plants Year Round and Feels like Evening even during the day, Twinkly Lights & Candles. 25 to 30 guests MAX seated in a horseshoe arrangement.  An extra 10 guests could dine in the separate room/ English cottage if needed..  See video link above to view.

For much smaller private property parties for 10 guests or under, you could opt to use our smaller cottage room. Feel free to call to discuss custom quote for your specific event, depending on date requested. Some dates restricted for this option. Typically more available when event is planned more spontaneously for an open date.

3hrs  Below is a typical arrangement:

30 minutes champagne mingle, light finger food reception

2.5 hours…seated dining & any activity during or after dessert ie. open presents, play a game, a first dance, etc…

30 min extension may be added to the event when planned in advance at booking

Guests are greeted with a fancy glass of Prosecco or non-alcohol sparkling water options and enjoy 3 of the 4 appetizer pedestals shown below:   After the first round, we include a 2nd round for any extra requests during transition to seated dining.
