Typically $3495 to $3695 - 22 guests or under flat rate (50% deposit secures the date)
Flat rate - Any difference below 22 guests is considered a rental fee to turn away equal and larger events, such as weddings or parties of 30, etc..
20% gratuity included, tax is added on the non grat portion
Deposits are non refundable, so we can immediately turn away equal, larger & all requests.
Additional Guests: Prorated (Package $price/22)
Once your date is secured, you can still grow your party gradually as you get your rsvps and are comfortable. For preplanning purposes, we ask that you baby step the increases gradually. We run an additional 50% deposit(s) with each prorated rate increase to make it official.
Deposits are non refundable. Once we move forward, we don’t go backwards. So, we encourage gradual increases.
HINTs: Saturdays highest demand, Sundays 2nd highest, Friday PM 3rd, Friday Lunch Shift (most flexible - when adjacent another PM or next day event already booked event). To make our events as affordable as possible we concentrate them mostly Fri - Sun. We will have private events any day of the week, but the pricing usually goes up the further we move away from our weekends. Holidays are typically higher. Like an airline with an open seat, the more last minute you can book (ie within a few weeks out) the more likely to have the best rate/possibly bend the rules on minimum guests, etc…. It never hurts to ask.
ANOTHER HINT RE: MINIMUM GUESTS: If you are confident you are going to have a higher minimum, ie. 30 guests rather than 22 & you are comfortable committing upfront to the min.. we often work with you to give the best overall price upfront. The alternative is you can still opt to grow your party gradually after you secure your date with the 22 min. In this later case, we ask that you baby step the increases as you feel comfortable, for preplanning purposes. We prorate your price & run an additional deposit(s) as you are ready.

Optional Outside Courtyard Garden Dining $295
OPTIONAL - OUTSIDE GARDEN DINING -$295 This optional add on charges is not included in the deposit and ultimately only charged if advanced weather forecast permits feasible setup for dining. INTERCHANGEABLE WITH INDOOR ROOMS EITHER SELECTED AS PLAN A OR B IN ADVANCE.
Otherwise, your dining would remain inside. BASED ON EXCELLENT ADVANCED FORECAST DECIDED BY MANAGEMENT. If we are concerned about weather for any reason, we will not charge this additional fee, even if we have begun shopping/preparations. We look for less than 10% to virtually no rain and very low wind approx under 12 mph based on experience. Garden events add more labor, more costs, more risk and preparations are often made for both indoor and outdoor decorating, prior to the final decision based on forecast, as we have to be ready to go both ways. This option is typically best & most available Nov - April. We tend to start moving inside towards May and for sure by hot and rainy June & July summer months. We are normally inside th/ Oct.

Add 30 MINUTES to event PLANNED IN ADVANCE: VERY POPULAR ADD-ON $125 plus tax. Perfect when lots of presents OR guests have traveled far & wide…more time to enjoy sit/more leisurely post dining. IF we have a 2nd shift same day or turning for next AM event, we build our plans around your request, leaving more time in-between or planning accordingly. This option may not be available for dates with previously booked events. Please ask in advance.

May we bring a Cake? Year 2026 current rate $150 plus tax. No grat added to this one. Yes, must be preplanned with deposit. The 3rd party bakery must delivery during the agreed upon 30 min courtesy open window prior to event. We put it straight on our pedestal, wrap with twinkly light if requested, cut & serve.
REGARDING BEVERAGES: This 4 crs package was designed after years of experience. The idea is that it designed to most always cover the needs of the party & not to nickel and dime the host/hostess at the end. Rarely, do we need to add bottles to this package, unless you wish to do so in advance preplanned.
Prosecco, The Italian’s version of Champagne: Served in a Fancy fluted glass with strawberry….$43.95/bottle – serves 6 glasses
Non-Alcohol Bubbly Options: Served in a Fancy fluted glass with strawberry…$19.95/bottle - serves 6 glasses.
Bottles of Wine: $43.95/bottle - serves 4 glasses
Coffee with Dessert: A place where you could save money. NOT Commonly Added - $95.00 set up to serve 10 guest min & $7.95/additional guest. If we offer, typically less than 10 out of 22 will accept with dessert. They are usually well fed and watered by this point. The window is also very small where they will drink it during & post dessert. So, we have to be prepped and ready, along with refills. Must order prior to event. If we don’t offer, it is our experience they don’t ask.
