For this lighter package below you are paying more for atmosphere & renting out the property as private/to turn all other requests away equal or larger. Also, this lighter package is only available during lunch hours/1st shift, where as the 4crs pckg is served both during the lunch 1st shift or eve 2nd shift.

Our gallery room package is one flat rate for 22 guests or under and includes all the items described above. If the headcount falls below 22, the difference is considered a rental fee, not a store credit. You may add up to 8 more guests in the gallery room for a max of 30 in the same room. The price would be prorated per additional guest. This can be done even after securing your date with a deposit, which allows you some time to confirm your headcount.

Most events prefer to stay in one room of 30 guests or under, but the event could expand to dine in both indoor rooms or main garden and sweet side garden. The two rooms are separated by a foyer/small gift shop.

30 Minute Welcome Toast Mingle
Arriving guests immediately feel a warm & cheery welcome when greeted with festivity & formality. Each guest is offered a choice of Prosecco (the Italian version of Champagne) or our yummy Non-Alcohol options both served in a fancy champagne flute, adorned with a lovely strawberry on the glass rim. 2 ROUNDS INCLUDED (Non -alcohol receives a refill each round.) Guests are also offered a a light nibble to accompany their toast...a nosh from lovely cheese & cracker pedestals accompanied with strawberries & grapes.
During this 30 minute window, hostess typically offers a toast to the guest of honor & seizes the opportunity to take lovely pictures of celebrating guests with our photoesque backgrounds.

Add Cake: VERY Popular & SUPER Delicious/Frequently Complimented Add-On - Year 2026 current rate $240 Choose Color Outside & Flavor Inside (Chocolate, Vanilla or Red Velvet) Approx 10” Diameter Bottom/8” Top - We add fresh floral touches in keeping with theme, twinkly lights, place on a pedestal, cut & serve. It is also on display when they first arrive & adds to the over all vibe/decor of your special event. No, you don’t need it :). It is gluttony. Ha ha Guest usually laugh at us, but they love it!. They do eat it! Yes, our package does include assorted shared dessert pedestals. So, this add-on would be served along side the included pedestals, knocking the ball out of the park.
May we bring a Cake? Year 2026 current rate $150 plus tax. No grat added to this one. Yes, must be preplanned with deposit. The 3rd party bakery must delivery during the agreed upon 30 min courtesy open window prior to event. We put it straight on our pedestal, wrap with twinkly light if requested, cut & serve.

Coffee with Dessert: A place where you could save money. NOT Commonly Added - $95.00 set up to serve 10 guest min & $7.95/additional guest. If we offer, typically less than 10 out of 22 will accept with dessert. They are usually well fed and watered by this point. The window is also very small where they will drink it during & post dessert. So, we have to be prepped and ready, along with refills. Must order prior to event. If we don’t offer, it is our experience they don’t ask.
