We call back to either discuss your event or schedule a phone appointment. We plan all of our events virtually, include our weddings, in order to keep our events as affordable as possible. We start with a phone call, check date availability, dm pertinent videos via Instigram @shoogieboogies, answer all questions over the phone & give a quote. Pricing will vary some based on date, type of event, etc…. If you decide to move forward, we do a deposit over the phone & email a confirmation.
Sorry, NO tours. We have 100s & 1000s of videos & reviews on @shoogieboogies Instigram that show the property as it should look during the events. Our place is like a movie set. It gets set up and torn down with each event, very labor intensive. We do not show the property during others’ private events, nor open early or stay late. By operating virtually, we are able to offer fully decorated floral, food & bev events at a fraction of a cost of like events.
SCHEDULE: Private events could be any day of the year, day or night. However, most of our events are typically concentrated on Fri., Sat. & Sun.
Mon. & Tues. - typically closed
Wed & Thurs- typically office only - party planning via phone appts
Fri, Sat. & Sun. - typically private events, often double shifts day & night
