Returns + Exchanges
All purchases in the original condition/undamaged—with the exception of special orders, furniture and other oversized items—may be returned or exchanged by mail or to our cafe within 30 days of purchase.
Returning Online & Phone Orders
To return merchandise purchased by phone or on shoogboogies.com. We recommend that you use your own trackable and insured shipping method. Please mail your return to the following address.

Please allow approximately 2–3 weeks for processing. Additional processing delays may occur. You will receive an email notification when your return has been processed (be sure to check your spam folder).
Shoogie Boogies is not responsible for shipping fees or lost returns. Please obtain a tracking number for your records.
In a store:
Purchases can also be returned to the cafe gift shop. Orders must be accompanied by an original packing list. We reserve the right to refuse or limit returns without an original packing list.
Most returns will process in approximately 2–3 weeks, depending on your method of return. Additional processing delays may occur.
A refund will then be credited back to your original method of payment, and will post approximately two days after the processing date. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement.
Gift card purchases will be refunded in the form of another gift card.
Exchanges can be made at the cafe gift shop within 30 days of purchase.
When making an exchange at one of our stores, please bring your original packing list and the items you wish to exchange in their original packaging to expedite the process.
